Taught by someone the board also lets examine.
A YCB Level 3 certification from the AYUSH Ministry covers two things: teaching, and evaluating other teachers. Dhriti Yog holds both.
The course
Two hundred hours, in the classical line.
The syllabus follows Ashtang Yog and goes into the texts rather than around them — the Bhagavad Gita, Sankhya Yog, and the Yog Sutras of Sage Patanjali. Practice sits alongside Bhavas, Ritu Charya and Din Charya.
It is a working teacher's course. Alignment, biomechanics, Yog Nidra and therapeutic practice are taught because a graduate will need them in week one, not because they complete a list.

- Supported Mahabodhi International Meditation Centre to establish a Yog Teacher Training Course in collaboration with Ladakh University
- Yoga Instructor at Government College, UT Ladakh

Courses run as residential blocks in the Himalayas and in Ladakh, and on request for an institution.
