Corporate programmes
One-week and 21-day capsules, built per organisation around Ritu Charya and Din Charya. For teams carrying sustained pressure.

Officers, founders and professionals who are responsible for others, and who rarely have anywhere to set that down.
Where this has been taught
Most wellness providers lead with calm imagery. Dhriti Yog leads with a service record, because the people it serves are buying trust.

Three ways in
One-week and 21-day capsules, built per organisation around Ritu Charya and Din Charya. For teams carrying sustained pressure.
Residential practice with HIM 180, Him Gram and The Frostwood. Small groups, real places, nothing performative.
A confidential one-to-one conversation. Not a class, not a consultation, and not therapy. Somewhere to be heard.
The teaching
This is not an exercise class with Sanskrit names attached. The work follows Ashtang Yog, and draws on the Bhagavad Gita, Sankhya Yog and the Yog Sutras of Sage Patanjali — the mind before the body.
Around that sit Ritu Charya, living with the season, and Din Charya, living with the day. Both are practical, and both are what makes a programme hold once the teacher has left the room.
The lineage runs through Hansaji at The Yoga Institute and Dr Ruchi Gulati at Sanyukt Yoga.

Sound
Meditative sound work, and the part of this practice people remember longest. It is also, today, the part that is hardest to find anywhere online.
Recordings are being gathered. Until they are here, we would rather say so than put up something borrowed.
