What we collect, and what we do not.
This site has one form and no tracking. The whole of it is below, in plain terms.
What the enquiry form collects
Your name, your email address, your organisation if you choose to give one, which of our programmes your enquiry is about, and whatever you write in the message.
Nothing else. There is no account to create and no password to set.
Why
So that we can reply to you. That is the only reason it is asked for and the only use it is put to.
Where it goes
Straight to the admin@dhritiyog.org mailbox as an email, over an encrypted connection. It is not stored in a database on this website, and it is not passed to any analytics, advertising or marketing service.
We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside Dhriti Yog.
How long it is kept
Your enquiry stays in that mailbox for as long as the conversation it belongs to is live, and is deleted when it is no longer needed.
The one thing kept automatically
To stop the form being used to send floods of mail, the server records the time of each submission against a one-way hash of the sending network address. It keeps those timestamps for ten minutes and then discards them. They are not linked to your name, your email or your message, and they are not readable as an address.
Cookies
This site sets none, so there is no banner to dismiss.
Links to other sites
The retreats page links to our partners' own websites. Once you follow one of those links you are on their site, under their terms, and this page no longer applies.
Asking us to delete it
Write to admin@dhritiyog.org and ask. You do not need to give a reason, and we will confirm when it is done.
